Cancellation Policy
Please know that, if you are needing to cancel your reservation, there will be a $25.00 cancellation fee.
This does NOT change our minimum night requirements for weekend and holiday stays.
This is for ALL cancellations.
Cleone Gardens Inn also requires at least a 72 hour notification if you are not able to make the dates you have reserved.
Guests that do not give us a 72 hour notice will be responsible for their entire bill plus the $25.00 cancellation fee.
Should you find your final e-mail confirmation to include any errors, please call our office within 24 hours of receiving it.

Check-in 2:00 pm ~ Check-out 11:00 am
To avoid a $25.00 an hour added charge for late check-outs, please make prior arrangements with our office to avoid scheduling conflicts. We apologize if not all requests for late check-outs can be accommodated.
Requests
All requests for our additional services must be made at least 72 hours prior to check-in.
We are here to see that your stay with us is an enjoyable one. Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.
Items left behind
If you have found that you have left something behind, please know that we are more than happy to return your forgotten item(s) for a small fee.
Small items: $10.00 plus postal fee
Medium items: $15.00 plus postal fee
Large items:$30.00 plus postal feee
We require a two night stay on all weekends and a three night stay on most holidays.
Currently, our establishment is not suitable for children.
